SmarTest Labs, LLC policy on refunds is as follows:

• If no service is performed you will receive a full refund at your request.
• If a service was performed and the laboratory testing was not performed, you will receive a refund for the laboratory testing but a $30 amount will be retained for the sample processing as an administrative cost.
• If a Laboratory based test was completed and results are available a refund will not be issued.
